UNLEASH is led by a powerhouse team of executive advisors and leadership strategists from Solomon Strategic Advisors with more than 65 years of combined experience across corporate leadership, insurance, cybersecurity, information technology, higher education, and organizational culture design.
Together, Crystal Heard, Ashley Napier, and Dr. Marian Redwine bring deep expertise in executive coaching, behavioral and whole-brain development, culture transformation, executive leadership, and navigating complex change. They have the rare ability to understand both people dynamics and operational excellence at the highest levels.
Ashley is known for creating psychological safety while helping leaders strengthen emotional maturity, self-awareness, and sustainable leadership habits. Marian brings wise business acumen and a gift for turning confusion into clarity, tension into trust, and potential into measurable impact. Crystal contributes decades of experience in cybersecurity and technical leadership, guiding organizations through high-stakes change with discernment and care, while aligning strategy with disciplined execution.
